I'm not much for flying anymore.

Actually, it's not the flying part that bothers me. It's the stress of dealing with the tens of thousands of other stressed out people you encounter while on the way to fly.

I asked my brother -- a pilot who spends 4 days a week hustling from terminal to terminal in crowded airports -- how he handles it.

His secret - he views all the other people as being actors in a comedy put on just for his entertainment.

He says that when viewed this way, being in a crowd can actually be enjoyable (or at least less miserable).

I decided to give it a try. And surprisingly, he was right.

When you view all the world as a stage, and all the craziness just part of the entertainment, life becomes a little bit less stressful.
