Addressee unknown

It's amazing how many online businesses overlook the most obvious details on their sites. Like mentioning where they are
located. Or their phone number. Minor stuff like that. Even if you don't have a physical location for your business, you should include at least your phone number on your site - especially on the order page. Often customers placing orders will want to call you during the order process - not having your phone number on the order form can cost you the sale. If your business does have a physical location, definitely include information about that location, along with a map (if you expect visitors). Doing so adds to the level of confidence customers place in your business. An extra bonus - having your city address on your site makes it easier for you to rise to the top of the search engines when a potential customer searches for your product and your city. (i.e. 'art classes Sarasota') It seems like such a small detail - having your address and phone number on your site - but one that often is overlooked.
