An example of writing the perfect ad, for the right product, and placing the ad at the right time and place

So I was viewing the ads on my local Craigslist.com, like I do every morning, and an ad that caught my attention had the following headline:

"Pickup and delivery of your local Craigslist purchases"

Simple and straightforward. And also pretty smart.

See, that ad is a great example of the perfect ad placed in the right place and at the right time.

That's because a lot of people look in their local Craigslists for furniture, tools, collectibles and other items that can be difficult to move back to their homes after they purchase them.

So when they see an ad offering 'pick up and delivery', it solves an immediate problem.

And that's what your product ads should do as well. Solve an immediate problem and give the reader a reason to do business with you as soon as they see your ad.

If you can do this, and place the ad at the right place and time, you'll have plenty of customers.

By the way, if you have someone at home looking for a summer job, offering a 'pickup and delivery' service in your local Craigslist might be a good way for them to earn some extra income.
