When a failed project is really a success
Bill Myers - June 7, 2008

So the project seemed like a failure.

It was just barely earning $2.00 a day. And surely anything that earns just $2.00 a day must be a failure, right?

But maybe not.

See, I had created a web page with the AdSense Page Generator tool found in the members area of my site, and put that page on the web.

And after a month, that page was only making a measly $2.00 a day. Still, it had only taken me a few minutes to create the page, and it cost less than $10 a year to keep it active, so the page was actually making a profit.

Not much of a profit, but it was definitely a profit. About $60 a month, or $700 a year.

Which might mean if I were to spend a day creating another 50 of those $2.00 a day pages, it could add up.

In fact, 50 pages earning just $2.00 a day, could mean $100 a day profit, or $3,000 a month, or $36,000 a year.

Which wouldn't be so bad - especially since it only takes a few minutes to set up each page.

The point is - things that may look like a failure, may not always be.

Especially if they are the kind of 'create and forget' projects which can steadily put money in your pocket.

As I mentioned above, using my AdSense Page Generator tool it only takes a minute or two to create these kinds of pages.

Members of my site can use the tool for free. Find it at http://www.bmyers.com/members/1096.cfm
