Be there when they search . . .
Bill Myers - December 15, 2007
Printer-Friendly Format

On Christmas morning, hundreds of millions of people world-wide will open their Christmas presents.

And soon after that, many will head to the internet and search google to learn how to assemble, install, use or just have fun with whatever they got for Christmas.

And when they do search the web for help, they could find your web site or your video on YouTube - assuming you have created a 'how to install' or 'how to assemble' or 'how to use' video or article on any popular item people will be getting for Christmas.

For example, one of the most popular camcorders this holiday is the Canon HV20. But as of right now, if you go to YouTube and search for 'how to use Canon HV20', you won't find a single video with that title.

That just proves how the opportunity to help and to get top search engine ranking exists for many popular products.

Just be sure to use the words 'how to use' or 'how to assemble' or 'how to install' in the article or video title - as these are the words many new users will be searching for.

Do this now, and you'll be there when people search.
