New DVD from Bill Myers - Metal Detecting Florida Beaches

Talk is cheap (and easy)
Bill Myers
Printer-Friendly Format

One of the most used tools in our offices is Google Talk.

With Google Talk installed on our computers, we can have voice-to-voice conversations with friends and business associates throughout the world - with the click of a single button.

When we need to talk to Tom in the UK, we just click on his name in Google Talk, and if he is on his computer (and wants to speak to us), we are instantly connected in a voice call.

Or if Sonya is in her office, she can click one button and talk with me in my office.

Google Talk is like making a phone call, but through your internet connected computer, with better quality and no costs.

While there are other voice-over-the-internet tools, I prefer Google Talk because:

1. It is easy to install and use 2. It is absolutely free 3. The voice quality is excellent

Until recently, Google Talk was available by invitation only. But this week, Google made it available to everyone - for free.

To find out more about Google Talk, visit http://www.google.com/talk/

Once you start using Google Talk, you'll wonder how you got by without it.
