The Attraction Power of 'Short' and 'Very Short'
Bill Myers
Printer-Friendly Format

We've been called the 'short attention span' generation.

Most of us are so time stressed we only have time to read short articles, view short videos, and listen to short messages.

Knowing this, using the words 'short' and 'very short' to describe an article or video can increase the chances that the article will be read, or the video will be viewed.

Instead of saying, 'view our video', say 'view our short video'. Or 'read this very short article'.

Keeping it short, and letting people know it is short, can be an effective way of getting your message out.
