The two most important words on your sales page?

According to a recent study published by Harris Interactive, adding just two words to your online sales pages can significantly increase the likelyhood that customers will order from you. The report, based on survey of of thousands of online shoppers, found that 90% of shoppers said they were more likely to place an order on a web site if those two words appeared. So what are the two magical words that online shoppers look for? "Free Shipping". The study indicated customers were more likely to buy from sites that offered free shipping, even if those sites charged higher prices.
