Savings on Black Friday
Bill Myers
In the US, the day after Thanksgiving is frequently referred to as "Black Friday". That day which kicks off the holiday shopping season, is called 'Black Friday' because in the old days that was the day of the year when retailers went from being unprofitable, or "in the red," to being profitable, or "in the black". Whatever you call it, the day after Thanksgiving can be an excellent time to purchase computers and electronics. If you know what you are looking for, and know where to look, you can save a bundle on a new lap top, a new camcorder, and other tools of product development. To get a head start on picking out the best bargains, search google for 'black friday sales', and you'll find sites which list all the best bargains (or just visit http://bfads.net/ ). To avoid the crowds, you might want to order from the web sites of the retailers offering the best deals. Some are even offering free shipping on their best Black Friday deals. That's what I'll be doing.
